Who We Are
The Junior Explorers Club for Homeschoolers is a FREE non-registered, secular organization for all home schooled students regardless of race, nationality, sex or religion.
Each chapter has a President who arranges monthly field trips to areas of either scientific or historical value. Members are contacted, via email with the information each month and may chose to attend if they wish. Most of our trips are local to the chapter area and are either free or very inexpensive.

Club Headquarters and Founder
The JEC for Homeschoolers was established to give homeschoolers of all ages a club that is strictly for them without regard to religion or curriculum used in their education. Established in October 2001, by founder Sheila Agnor, the club has grown to several hundred members nationwide. Our home chapter is located near Tyler, Texas. Sheila Agnor is acting President in this chapter. |
"A Fun and Educational Way of Learning"
It is our belief that children learn much through the process of having fun. That is why each month, a new and exciting field trip is planned for our members. |
